For an explaination of ENUM and have to use it for outbound calls via Asterisk at Home click HERE If you would like to configure your AAH box to support IAX2 ENUM calls click here. Setting up Asterisk at Home with ENUM for inbound calls via SIP 2) Click on Asterisk Management Portal and login. 3) Click on the Maintanance link and then click the Config Edit link on the left hand side. 4) Find and click on the Extensions.conf link on the left hand side of the page. 5) Scroll down through the page until your find the section labeled [from-sip-external] 6) Just below the [from-sip-external] header add the following line: exten => 12223334444,1,Goto(ext-did,12223334444,1) Change the first 12223334444 to your 1 plus full 10 digit phone number. The second 1222333444 should be replaced with the number of an inbound routing (DID route in AAH 1.x) DID number. My recommendation would be to point use an existing DID or Incomming route.
7) Click the Update button at the bottom of the page. 8) Click the Reload Configs link at the top of the page to read in your settings. 9) Close the phpconfig window and return to the Asterisk@Home window. 10) Don't forget - if your AAH box is behind a firewalll, you will need to port forward ports 5060/udp and 10000-20000/udp to your server. 11) Your Asterisk box is ready to accept a SIP protocol ENUM call. If you haven't already created an ENUM record at e164.org, click here for our step by step e164.org guide. If you would like to configure your AAH box to also support IAX2 ENUM calls click here.
